Creepy!

Brylie is sick tonight, throwing up.I was in her room getting her ready for bed and I turned on the baby monitor ( something I never do)and I heard someone elses conversation! It was so weird. I've never had that happen, but I've heard of it.

Someone hit and knocked over my beautiful custom made mailbox. I loved that mail box and I'm pissed that it happened and they didn't stop to let us know. I think that is just SO rude. Now I can't get any mail delivered until we get a temporary one, and who knows when that will be. I'm pissed!

SO cute.

I was picking Madison up from school today and she came walking out with the CUTEST little blonde haired, blue eyed girl. They were holding hands! They walked up to my car and the little girl, who's name is Millie, proudly proclaimed that her and Madison were new friends. Made my heart melt and I was so happy for Maddy to have a girlfriend. I hope they'll turn out to be great friends, little Millie is just so cute.

I miss my friends.

Once upon a time, a long time ago, I had 2 awesome best friends. We were awesome. We had so much fun together. We're all still best friends, but we don't get to see each other that often. One had a baby at an early age and became a mother. One is busy with school ALL the time. One is pretty boring and socially retarded. I miss those girls. I miss grilled cheese soup and rolls. I want us back. Life is hard and it gets busy and there's no time for those old times. Thank goodness for October and Thriller and The Training Table. I wish those girls knew just how much I adore them and love them and want to be with them more than once or twice a year. How is that we were such good friends and now our kids barely even know each others names???? That's what makes me the saddest.

Our Lovely Elderly Folk

So I work in a job where it requires me to answer a lot of calls about peoples financial woes. I get a lot of elderly people who call. Mean old elderly people. Don't get me wrong, I love the elderly. Except the ones who call in and can't read their statement correctly. They think because it says they're Visa rate is 9.75 APR and it says that somewhere on the statement, that we're charging them $ 9.75 for something they don't wanna pay! And boy they're not afraid to let loose on you either. Also, they have no business attempting to operate a computer. A nice little lady called me today and I was trying to help her log onto her internet banking. After getting locked out 6 or 7 times and 25 minutes later, she opted to have her grandson help her. Oh, and folks, when you get a new Visa or Debit card, the expiration dates change, K? I'm pretty sure you'll live. Do people have nothing to do other than call up financial institutions and bitch about their expiration date changing??!! PEOPLE! PLEASE!?

Just for fun

Crap

You know when something happens and you have an Oh Crap moment, then you get used to the idea and then you're looking forward to it and then it's all taken away in a second? That feeling of disappointment and sometimes despair? Well that's what I'm feeling.

random

So I went to the store today with my sister to do some grocery shopping, we went together because I think she's a little lonely now that all her kids are in school all day. Well Brylie had a meltdown over something so incredibly mean of me, I mean, I wouldn't let her stand up in the cart! How mean am I? Anyway, she was throwing her fit and I was ignoring her and I was thinking that all these people were probably thinking " how horrible" "take the child home" and things like that. Then I got to thinking. I have shopping I need to do. If I don't do it now, my children will starve. (ok not starve but seriously how many meals can you make with salad dressing, pickles, and leftover (moldy) refried beans?) So I just left my insecurities right there on the floor where Brylie chucked my frozen pizzas during her fit of rage, and finished my shopping. I'll admit in my flustered state I did forget a few items, so I'm dreading going back...

My first time.

Well this is my first time, go easy on me, eh? I'm not much of a writer and I'm not really great at blogging but oh well! This summer has been fun. We started out the summer by taking a quick trip up to Portland Oregon for my niece Natalie's baptism. Up there we hung out with cousins and it was great to see my two sisters. Trisha flew in from Alabama, so that was fun. After that it was fun to have my 15 year old ( who is 16 today) niece came to visit and stay a week with us from Alabama and we had Madison's 5th birthday party at Layton park. After that I got the call that they were moving back from Alabama! What an awesome awesome surprising event. Well they made it back and we took a day trip to bear lake, which was really fun. A few weeks later we went up to Lava Hot Springs with Nate's family and had a blast! We went tubing down the Portneuf river, and of course, me being the spaz that I am, injured my rear end by falling through the tube as we were going over a waterfall and I hit my butt on a rock! OUCH! Worst.Pain.Ever. It was a fun day though and we're glad Lauren came with us. I also had my 10 year high school reunion, which I'm sad to say I even went. Hardly anyone even talked to me, I guess my views of high school are distorted because I thought I had friends. HAHA. Oh well, it was still really great to see a lot of people I had forgotten about. Some people never change! A certain person who had HUGE hair in high school still has HUGE hair. Might even be bigger now! Well now Madison has started Kindergarten, she's so happy. She loves going every day and always wakes up super excited to go. Her teacher is Mrs. Anderson and she loves her. Well this has been my first attempt at blogging. We'll see if I ever do it again.
