Hailey is 4 months! Time is flying by. She loves to talk to me. She is still pretty grouchy, except for that 10 minutes or so after she wakes up, then she's the cutest little turkey on the planet. Still not sleeping. I'm trying to figure that out. Anyone have any ideas that don't involve letting her cry it out?

Brooke, just let her cry it out. It's the only way!!! You'll be soo happy getting rest. I am mean like that though, but definitely meaner w/out sleep.
I've already tried. She cries and cries and then NO ONE gets any sleep because everyone is awake now.
Is your laundry room away from bedrooms? You could put her in a playpen and shut the door, and let her cry there? We let Belle cry in our closet in her bed...Hmmm...

No, I'm not going to put her in a closet or the laundry room. How sad. I'd feel so sad for her. She's just a baby who wants her moms boobs. Just a little person insecure in the world. No way. Can't do it.
Lolol. I'm no help either. You said you don't want anything with crying it out so I got nothin! Does she have reflux? Have you tried having the ped rx some antacid? Put her in her carseat a few nights too to see if she sleeps better elevated. That helped my cranky bub. Humidifier? Swaddling blanket? White noise cd? I'm thinking in 4 months you've probably already tried all this!
I got nothin. I think she is way cute in that picture though.
Brooke, Of Course I remember you. We almost named the baby Brooke and I kept telling Ryan (my husband) that I would have to call her Brookie because that is what I called my best friend when I was little. Your girls are gorgeous. Are babies are so close together, Ellie is almost 11 weeks.

Have you tried the bears with the heartbeat in them? I used a tape that played music and had the heartbeat in the background at the same time and that worked great for Tyler. Braxton never was that hard.
I can't believe it!!! Cohen is 4 months old today too. They are getting so big. Have you read Babywise??? I swear that is what helped Cohen. He started sleeping through the night at 3 months. YOu should try it!!!
